Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Tomball, TX. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and responding promptly to resident service requests. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist in property inspections and ensure the overall upkeep of the community.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance procedures
- Excellent record-keeping and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tomball, TX
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA) and technical training are a plus
- Experience in multifamily property maintenance is preferred
