ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversees vendors and supervises the maintenance staff engaged in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, heating, and air conditioning, painting, performing structural and repairs to masonry in the units and common areas or furnishing of the community.
- Monitors the maintenance of the community, including but not limited to minor repairs, grounds upkeep for common areas, paints structures, repairs sheetrock, repairs woodwork, repairs boilers, appliances, floors tile, and plumbing fixtures.
- Performs preventive maintenance, such as replacing air filters, cleaning vents, and schedule service providers to complete other required preventive maintenance, such as pest control and regular HVAC inspections.·
- Use One Site to keep records of all maintenance requests, open/close work orders, and submit maintenance reports to the Property Manager.·
- As rental units are vacated, manage the make-ready process as requested by the Property Manager.
- Responds promptly to all on-call pages/work orders and reports any maintenance issues and/or concerns to the Property Manager on time.
REQUIREMENTS
- EPA Certificate
- CPO Certificate Preferred
COMPENSATION
- The position is a full-time position, with an initial 90-day trial period. Compensation is dependent upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
