Our team is hiring an Entry Level Team Member to support customer outreach and promotional activities for Verizon throughout the Rochester, NY area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team. The Team Member will help prepare for and support customer-facing events, community activities, and promotional initiatives while gaining experience in event coordination, customer relations, communication, and team operations.
No previous event or telecommunications experience is required. We provide training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll help ensure customer-facing activities are organized, prepared, and run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning and preparing for customer outreach activities and promotional sales events.
- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information about Verizon products and services.
- Help answer customer questions and direct more detailed inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Assist team members during customer-facing activities and help keep events organized.
- Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
- Communicate event updates, customer feedback, and logistical needs to team leadership.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with other customer relations and team coordination responsibilities as needed.
