Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding New York team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, strong administrative support, and access to advanced interventional psychiatry services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with Clearwave standards
Qualifications
- PMHNP certification
- Board-certification required
- Active New York license in good standing
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-growing outpatient environment
