This is an outdoor, community-based sales role. You will be in neighborhoods every day — meeting people, solving real problems, and building a book of customers that grows your income month after month. What You Can Earn

Your earning potential — transparent and real

Base Salary: $34,000 Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $68,800–$100,000

New hire guarantee: two month ramp program to allow for training

Commission multipliers accelerate as your production grows — the more you sell, the higher your effective rate per unit.

What You Will Do

You will represent Clearwave Fiber / Point Broadband directly in your assigned communities — building relationships with homeowners and connecting them to best-in-class fiber internet. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role that rewards hustle, consistency, and a genuine desire to help people.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community engagement in assigned territories
• Sell Clearwave Fiber internet services to residential customers
• Educate homeowners on the value of fiber optic connectivity and guide them to the right plan
• Build lasting customer relationships and represent Clearwave Fiber / Point Broadband with professionalism
• Manage your territory using our sales tools and maintain accurate records
• Participate in local community events and neighborhood outreach
• Be present in-market, selling outdoors and interacting within the community.

Who We Are Looking For

No prior experience in telecom or fiber is required. We provide full paid training. What matters is your drive.

• Self-motivated and competitive — you set goals and chase them
• Strong communicator — you can connect with anyone and make them feel heard
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment
• Reliable, consistent, and coachable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

This is an active, field-based role. To perform the essential functions of this position you must be able to:

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrains for the majority of the workday
• Stand and walk frequently throughout your shift
• Drive regularly within your assigned territory
• Use a smartphone or tablet to manage leads, log activity, and process orders
