What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end implementation of software for existing clients, ensuring solutions align with client goals and technical environments.
- Serve as Project Manager and Implementation Consultant, leading the delivery of both add-on projects for current clients and full implementations for new clients, when necessary.
- Support Senior Implementation Consultants with complex client engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to align client objectives with available functionality and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by understanding business goals and providing tailored, responsive solutions.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Travel to client sites up to 30% as needed to support key implementations or in-person engagements.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and team activities to drive continuous enhancement of implementation practices.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
