Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively for detailed cleaning tasks such as duct cleaning and floor buffing.
- Apply safety protocols diligently, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers during all operations.
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting to move equipment, hoses, and debris safely across job sites.
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of industrial cleaning.
- Use ladders safely for elevated cleaning tasks, ensuring stability and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including logs of pressure washing activities and safety inspections.
- Engage with customers professionally to ensure satisfaction and address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on pressure washing or similar outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, and safety gear such as PPE.
- Experience with ladder use for elevated cleaning projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and fire safety procedures.
- Prior work in outdoor settings involving duct cleaning, floor buffing, or heavy-duty cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
