What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member - Wash Attendant position at Clearwave Car Wash?

What You’ll Do
- Engage Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive and guide them through their wash options.
- Educate & Sell: Explain wash options and the value of our unlimited plan in a clear, friendly way.
- Maintain Site Excellence: Follow structured operational routines to keep the wash safe, clean, and organized.
- Support the Team: Bring steadiness and a positive attitude to a fast-paced, busy environment.
What We’re Looking For
Clear, friendly communicator who is comfortable leading simple conversations; reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives with routines. Consistent, reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for the entirety of your scheduled shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 6' and work at height for up to an hour per day in 10-minute intervals.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to work in a wet and/or loud environment with or without reasonable accommodations.
