• Welcome every customer with confidence, warmth, and high energy
• Beat the customer to the pay station and lead the conversation from the start
• Explain wash options in a clear, friendly, pressure-free way
• Present the value of our unlimited plan with full transparency
• Follow our operational procedures to keep the site safe and clean
• Follow routines, support your team, and bring steadiness to a busy environment
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized site you’re proud to represent

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, friendly communicator

• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb a 6’ ladder
• Valid driver’s license
