Job Summary
ClearWater Solutions, LLC (CWS) is seeking a Water/ Wastewater Operator (dual licensed). This position has responsibility for the successful operation, maintenance, and supervision of the assigned water & wastewater treatment plants.
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process and management
- Operates sewage treatment, sludge processing, and disposal equipment to control flow and processing of sewage
- Perform daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic checks of pump stations
- Assist with the installation and inspection of new wastewater utilities
- Read and interpret meters and gauges that monitor the purification process and operation
- Operates and maintains water distribution system including servicing of pumps, motors, valves, generators, and equipment
- Analyzes and evaluates pump equipment, trouble-shooting malfunctions, and monitoring of water operations
- Responsible for daily inspections of all plant equipment and perform repairs of machinery and equipment as needed
- Collects and records data for record maintenance
- Performs facility grounds maintenance including cleaning equipment and tanks, cutting grass, and various other ‘housekeeping’ duties
- Performs other related duties as directed

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- State-issued Water & Wastewater Operator Certification required, grade C or higher
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Records required
- Experience within a water/wastewater treatment environment
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available to work overtime and ‘on-call’ rotation as needed
