Job Summary
Clearwater Solutions, a leading water and wastewater operations and maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Mechanic/ Field Technician II to join our team. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, equipment and machinery used in the provision of water and wastewater services.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and repair of vehicles, equipment, and machinery used in the provision of water and wastewater services

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and make necessary repairs

Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs

Perform routine inspections to identify any potential problems and address them promptly

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garage and work areas

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field of automotive and heavy equipment repair

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited technical school program in automotive or heavy equipment repair is preferred but will accept equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment repair

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools

Good communication and interpersonal skills
