Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule and Coordinate Meetings
Manage the advisor’s online calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meeting details with clients.
- Process Online Documentation
Prepare, review, and submit required online paperwork accurately and on time. Follow up with clients to ensure all steps are completed.
- Pre-Meeting Preparation
Organize reports, presentations, and supporting materials so the advisor is fully prepared for each client meeting.
- Client Communication
Respond professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and office text line during business hours while fostering strong client relationships.
- Administrative Support & Team Collaboration
Work cohesively with other support staff to assist with general office tasks and maintain organized, accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong desire to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of accountability and pride in producing accurate, timely work
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable with technology or willing to learn (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems)
- Experience in financial services or administrative support is a plus, but not required
