Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT)

Clearwater Mental Health & Wellness, LLC is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our growing practice as a 1099 independent contractor. This position can be fully remote/telehealth, with the option for in-person services in Grand Rapids, MN.

Position

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Fully remote telehealth option

• Individual therapy and clinical assessments
• Collaborative environment with psychiatric providers

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and clinical assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within your scope of practice
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and outside providers when appropriate
• Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current independent Minnesota clinical license required
• LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license
• Ability to practice independently and provide telehealth services in Minnesota
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred

Areas of Interest

Experience with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, women's mental health, and life transitions is welcomed.
