Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Position – Clearwater / Palm Harbor, FL

We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to join our growing practice.
Physician-owned, growing private practice seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or PA who wants to practice thoughtful, patient-centered medicine and grow long-term with a collaborative team.
We are a hybrid family medicine and specialty practice with a strong focus on prevention, metabolic health, and identifying issues early — before they become larger problems. We value truly listening to patients and working toward root causes whenever possible within an evidence-based framework.
Clinical areas include:
• Family medicine
• Allergy & asthma care
• Metabolic health & obesity medicine
• GLP-1 therapy
• Weight management programs
• Menopause & hormone optimization
• Chronic disease management (incl. Sleep apnea)
You will work directly with a board-certified Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician in a mentorship-focused environment where clinical growth is encouraged.
Schedule:
18–22 patients per day
3 or 4 day work week options available
