Lead Maintenance Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Leadership:

   • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep.
   • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.

2. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment and related systems.
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs or coordinating with external vendors.

3. Facility Maintenance:

   • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including landscaping, plumbing, and electrical systems.
   • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

4. Inventory Management:

   • Manage and track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts.
   • Order necessary supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
   • Provide regular reports on maintenance status to management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance principles.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Trade school or certification in maintenance is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• The Lead Maintenance Technician position may require physical exertion, including lifting and carrying equipment and performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
