What you will have an opportunity to do:

Our Kids Club Attendant/Pool Attendant is a leader at Marriott Suites Clearwater Beach at Sand Key and enjoys enthusiastically leading recreation activities for our younger guests including overseeing our amazing Lisa's Klubhouse, named after Lisa our hotel Macaw, which serves as the hub of daily activities for our younger guests. This position is primarily outdoors and includes aquatic activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Lead daily activities for youth on the pool deck and within the Klubhouse
• Develop pool deck activities for special events and groups as needed
• Create a positive environment on the pool deck and within the Klubhouse delivering excellent customer service ensuring a fantastic guest experience
• Address any guest concern or need in a timely manner using appropriate problem solving skills and resolutions
• Provide customer service while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Klubhouse, pool deck and cabanas
• Roll clean towels, pick up soiled towels and trash, and straighten lounge chairs
• Assist the servers and bartenders when needed with tasks such as getting ice, running food, and/or bussing the pool and bar
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests following all hotel policies and procedures
