Responsibilities
- Leads, mentors, trains and retains a team of analysts and delivery specialists.
- Owns end-to-end delivery of Prism implementations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Partners with Sales to scope, support, and close new Prism opportunities
- Manages team performance through regular 1-on-1s, goal setting, and career development
- Establishes and monitors project and delivery metrics; implements process improvements to reduce client escalation frequency
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across the Prism team
- Operate within a global framework
- Demonstrate effective management of both people and projects.
- Deep understanding of data pipeline design, data ingestion, and data normalization
- Proficiency in SQL and query development for reporting and data analysis
- Experience with client reporting platforms and building production-grade reports
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including comfort managing escalations at senior levels
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
