Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Project Management to lead our Professional Services division in overseeing risk and performance initiatives. This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of all Professional Services projects from a project management standpoint, driving best practices, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensures all Professional Services projects are executed consistently from a project management perspective. Ensures all project management best practices are followed across all projects Acts as a Project Sponsor on an as needed basis Determines project management and business analyst allocations across all projects, including planning for prospective pipeline clients Coordinates with partners if/when needed for engagement on client projects Manage 1 or more client implementation projects directly Required Skills and Experience: Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within Professional Services. Project Management Expertise: Proficient in various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, hybrid). Strong budgeting skills and the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic risks that could impact multiple projects or the broader department. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and serving as a key decision-maker for major projects. Domain Expertise: A solid track record in business analysis for client implementations, delivering solutions related to pricing, risk, analytics, and development platforms. Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex projects. Strategic Initiatives: Skilled in driving cultural changes to support agile and adaptive project delivery. A strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving capabilities, ensuring that PM/BA priorities align with organizational objectives. Escalation & Project Oversight: Serve as a project sponsor for key deliverables while supervising resource allocations to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliveries. Experience as a decisive contributor in escalation situations and critical project outcomes. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, providing guidance and direction to enhance project management functions. Salary Range $144,000.00 - $204,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
