Mental Health / Psych RN Registered Nurse
Pay range: $38-$42/hr
Shifts:
- 12-hour shifts
- FT, PT, and PRN (Full Time: 3 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend rotation)
- Days
Hours: 7a-7p
Sign On Bonus for Successful Hires! We are now offering a $5k sign on bonus for full time day shift and $7k sign on bonus for full time night shift.
The Role Itself
- Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
- Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
- Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
