Sales Representative

Clearview Washing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Residential Sales Advisor to help homeowners protect and enhance their properties through premium exterior cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, enjoys educating homeowners, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact through project completion.

The Residential Sales Advisor serves as a trusted consultant for homeowners by providing property evaluations, recommending customized cleaning solutions, preparing estimates, and helping customers understand the value of professional exterior maintenance.

This position plays a key role in supporting Clearview Washing’s continued growth while upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and “All Sparkle, No Hassle” service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Consultation

• Conduct residential property evaluations for homeowners
• Recommend appropriate services based on customer needs and property conditions
• Educate customers on the benefits of soft washing, power washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and related services
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and open opportunities
• Convert inbound leads into scheduled jobs

Relationship Building

• Build strong customer relationships through trust, communication, and professionalism
• Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the sales process
• Address homeowner questions and concerns promptly
• Maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Business Development

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support neighborhood marketing and referral initiatives
• Assist with maintaining and growing residential service plans or maintenance programs
• Represent the company professionally at community events or networking opportunities when needed

Administrative & CRM Responsibilities

• Accurately document customer information, estimates, and notes within company systems
• Coordinate scheduling details with operations and production teams
• Maintain organized pipeline management and sales tracking
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and review generation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, home services, or relationship management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust quickly
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
