What You Will Do:

This is an amazing full time opportunity to help the Medicare recipients select Medicare insurance plans that fit their needs! All interactions are warm leads and we have a mixture of inbound and outbound campaigns ! If you want to take your outgoing personality and start a successful lucrative sales career designed to help people, this is the right role for you!

Requirements:

• ***Current Life & Health Insurance License***
• ***2024 AHIP Certificate***
• Proven track record of sales capabilities from previous employers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong computer knowledge
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Personal Computer with webcam to use during training (other than smartphone)

Starting salary will be 18.50/hour and average take home for the first year after commissions are from $50,000 to 85,000. Referral bonuses are paid out for each candidate you refer after 60 days of employment.
