Responsibilities
Travel to assigned properties within your coverage area to complete photo-only inspections
Capture clear, accurate photos of property exteriors and designated areas per client guidelines
Follow route assignments and scheduling requirements to ensure timely completion of inspections
Upload photos and submit reports promptly using company-provided systems or platforms
Communicate professionally with property owners or occupants when necessary
Maintain organization and accuracy in all reports, ensuring client requirements are met
Report any access issues, hazards, or unusual findings in a timely manner
Manage workload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Smartphone or camera capable of taking high-quality photos
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable traveling to multiple locations throughout the day
Basic computer skills for uploading photos and completing reports
