Role OverviewThe Healthcare Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective healthcare clients, introducing our AI platform, and building relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare technology, medical sales, or healthcare administration and understand how to communicate the value of AI solutions to clinicians.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Development- Identify and connect with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop relationships with medical groups, hospitals, and practice managers.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Present Clearview Health AI platform demonstrations to physicians and healthcare administrators.
- Explain how AI technology can reduce physician documentation burden and improve workflow.
- Attend healthcare conferences, physician meetings, and networking events.
- Build relationships with medical associations and healthcare decision makers.
- Understand physician pain points related to:
- EHR documentation
- workflow efficiency
- administrative burden
- Provide feedback to the product team about market needs.
- Build partnerships with:
- physician groups

- healthcare consultants

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3–7 years experience in healthcare sales, medical technology, or healthcare consulting.
- Experience working with:

- Ability to explain technology and AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
