- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
- Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to relate positively to residents, and families, and work cooperatively with other employees.
- Supervise staff in day-to-day operations
- Function as floor nurse as needed
- Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
- Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
- Meet all local health regulations, and complete a post-offer health assessment.
- Current RN license in State.
- Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
