What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Educator position at ClearView Healthcare Management?
River Grove Health and Rehab is seeking an RN Educator position!
Welcome to River Grove Health & Rehabilitation, where education, engagement, and excellence come together to build an outstanding care team. We are seeking a passionate and energetic RN Educator who is ready to make a lasting impact by developing our staff, shaping first impressions, and helping create a workplace where people feel supported, confident, and inspired from day one.
As our RN Educator, you will be the heart of staff development at River Grove. You’ll play a key role in welcoming new hires, leading orientation, delivering engaging in-services, and ensuring our team feels prepared, empowered, and appreciated. You’ll also partner with leadership to support recruitment efforts and bring fun, meaningful employee engagement activities to life.
At River Grove, we love celebrating our team through our “Why Wednesday” highlights — stories that remind us why we do what we do and the difference we make every day. Here’s a glimpse of the heart behind our work:
“Why do we come to work every day? Why do we show up? Why do we give our hearts and souls? It’s for these beautiful people right here — our residents. They are the reason behind every smile, every moment, and every ounce of love we give.”
“Why do we love our community and couldn’t be more thankful for the huge turnout at our Fall Festival? So many smiles, laughter, and memories made together.”
“Why do we love our volunteers, home health, and hospice reps? Because they always show up with kindness and care! These thoughtful toboggans they donated will help keep our residents warm this winter.”
Join a workplace that not only values your skill but also your spirit — where every day brings new opportunities to Lead, Teach, and Inspire those around you.
