Hospitality Aide Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Passing water and changing linen
- Organizing equipment and changing batteries on lifts
- Helping with other minor tasks around the unit
- Answering call lights and helping residents answer questions
- 1:1 with residents
- Other tasks assigned by designated staff
- Talking with residents and getting to know them
- Be interested in a career in Healthcare.
- Want to become a CNA.
- Show a desire to learn and help others.
- Be compassionate, hardworking, and empathetic.
