We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our dynamic team, where you will provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and direct support to our diverse patient population. Requirements:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient therapy and individual counseling.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to some hours of evening work each week. Weekend availability is a plus.
- Workload: Ability to maintain a productive number of billable hours per week.
- Work Environment: Primarily an in-person role, with some remote work opportunities available.
- Special Skills: CANS or other certifications or willingness to become certified/licensed, and openness to working with children aged 12 and under.
- Required Skill: Must speak English and have a valid MSW or MHC.
- Location: Hybrid.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with EHR systems, Google Suite, telehealth platforms (Doxy, Zoom), and Microsoft Office. Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and children.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer direct support to patients in crisis or those experiencing acute mental health symptoms.
