ClearView Eye Clinic is seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-focused individual to join our team as the Supervisor of our Moscow Office. This is a working supervisor position that combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in the daily operations of a busy, established eye clinic.
Previous management or supervisory experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, supporting employees, and helping maintain efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day needs of the office as they arise. Responsibilities may include answering phones, checking patients in for appointments, assisting in our optical department, and providing support on the clinical side when needed. This position requires someone who is adaptable, able to multitask, comfortable with computers and technology, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
As the office supervisor, you will assist with team leadership and overall office operations. Supervisor responsibilities may include employee interviews, onboarding and training support, performance evaluations, employee relations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will be a positive, dependable, and approachable leader who enjoys working with both patients and team members. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
