Patient Services Representative – Front Desk (Full-Time)

Clearview Dermatology is an expanding specialty practice looking for a caring, energetic Patient Services Representative to join our team. We are committed to providing an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors, and our front desk team plays a vital role in that mission.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
- Verify insurance and referrals
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Scan documents and manage incoming faxes
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient-centered attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning EMR and practice management systems
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Dermatology or specialty practice experience is a plus

- Job Type: Full-time (4–5 shifts per week)
