About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help keep our outbound sales team in front of qualified prospects. This position is full-time and in-office, supporting our B2B sales team through proactive outreach and relationship building.
You’ll use a combination of tools , phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other resources , to schedule qualified appointments with business decision-makers. You’ll play a key role in filling our pipeline, supporting our growth, and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to prospective clients.
- Use LinkedIn and other online tools to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team based on clear criteria.
- Manage and track daily activity, ensuring all leads are logged in our CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and appointment-setting quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve outreach strategies.
- Represent ClearView professionally, with enthusiasm and confidence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred but not required. We’ll train the right person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with business owners and executives.
- Positive attitude, great energy, and strong work ethic.
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM experience is a plus).
