Position Overview
We're hiring driven, coachable people to start a sales career with ClearView. You'll get structured, daily training and direct mentorship as you learn to prospect, pitch, and close copier and print solutions for local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new B2B customers in your territory for copier leasing and managed print services
- Follow up on company-provided leads and build your outreach routine
- Learn our copier leasing, service plan, and bundled tech offerings well enough to explain them clearly
- Log every activity and deal stage in our CRM
- Apply daily coaching feedback
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales experience preferred; motivated candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to be coached daily
- High level of personal drive, professionalism, and integrity
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit businesses in the field
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $40,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $48,000/year
- OTE: $70,000 – $95,000/year (uncapped commission)

- Clear promotion path to Senior Sales Representative after ~12 months of hitting quota
