Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper techniques to ensure safety.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time effectively, and complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping, with knowledge of janitorial practices preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
• Outstanding customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interactions.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
