What you will do as a Team Leader - Outbound Sales Representative
- Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks.
- Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:
- Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes.
- Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand.
- Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer’s time and effort to resolve the issue.
- Do outbound calls and Cold Calling.
- Assist existing homeowners with renewals or transition of policy..
- Attend to meeting on time.
- Acknowledging updates and reminders timely via teams or emails.
- Updating daily sales tracker completely and accurately.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by management.
What ClearSource Needs from You
- At least 3 years Sales, Outbound cold calling experience.
- At least 1 year Team Leader experience
- Above average when it comes to English communication skills.
