We are currently hiring for Full-Time on both Day and Night Shift. Hours: Full Time—3x12s weekly, rotating weekends. Day Shift: 6:30am-7pm Night Shift: 6:30pm-7am Block Scheduling—Rotating Weekend Info: Block A and Block B work every other weekend (days not in a row); Block C works every Friday (3 days in a row). Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery. Position Highlights at a Glance: Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) ✔️ What You’ll Need: RN License (State of NM) BLS required 1 year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred Ready to make a difference—and love where you work?
