Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in operating hydrovac equipment in diverse environments, including confined spaces
- Attend regular safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment
- Prepare work areas with appropriate safety measures and hazard mitigation
- Accurately document and report company, federal, state, and customer paperwork
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs
- Able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work variable shifts with extended hours
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Prior experience operating hydrovac equipment or in a related industrial role (excavation, utility work, vacuum truck, construction, oil & gas, environmental services)
- Experience performing routine equipment inspections and minor repairs in an industrial or field setting
- Experience completing job-site paperwork and documentation (safety forms, customer forms, regulatory paperwork, daily reports)
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid certification
- OSHA 10 certification
- Fall Protection training/certification
- Experience working in a customer-facing role on job sites
- Union wages starting at $20.00/hour and up, based on experience, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement
