Title: Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 / Year
Summary:
The Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of the company’s financial information. Ensures financial data is properly consolidated, reviewed, and prepared for internal management, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders in accordance with IFRS.
This position acts as an independent control layer, validating the integrity of financial information produced by the accounting function and ensuring compliance obligations are met across all entities.
Duties:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Produce management and investor reporting packages
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of financial data across entities
- Perform analytical reviews to validate results and identify anomalies
- Ensure proper application of IFRS across reporting processes
- Own and manage the month-end close calendar and reporting timelines
- Coordinate inputs from accounting and regional teams
- Ensure readiness of financial data for reporting through pre-close reviews
- Own and maintain the compliance calendar across jurisdictions
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and regulatory filings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with outsourced providers and advisors
- Review filings and supporting documentation prior to submission
- Ensure all compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time
- Act as primary coordinator for external audits
- Manage audit timelines, deliverables, and PBC requests
- Prepare required schedules and supporting documentation
- Ensure continuous audit readiness throughout the year
- Perform independent review of financial data, including balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, and unsupported balances
- Challenge accounting outputs where incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant
Requirements:
- 7 years of Financial Reporting Experience
- Own financial reporting tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS BC) and related reporting systems
- Ensure proper setup, data integrity, and alignment within MS BC
- Support system improvements, configuration, and reporting enhancements
- Lead consolidation and reporting processes leveraging MS BC capabilities
- Support ERP implementations and post-acquisition system integrations
- Ensure consistency and alignment of data across systems and reporting outputs
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and consolidation
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS BC) or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and control mindset
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments
- Ability to challenge constructively and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on, and fast-paced environment
