Title: Administrative Clerk

Type: Contract 6 months - available to start immediately
Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 / per hour
Summary:
The Administrative Clerk supports daily office operations by managing documents, maintaining organized records, and assisting with inventory tracking. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient administrative processes and providing support across departments.
Duties:
- Scan, upload, and organize documents into digital systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both electronic and paper)
- Retrieve documents as needed for audits, reporting, or internal use
- Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with inventory tracking by maintaining records of materials, supplies, or equipment
- Reconcile inventory reports and assist with periodic inventory counts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of inventory data
Requirements:
- 3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Experience with document management systems or office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
