Lead Reporting Analyst (Remote) – Twin Cities Based Candidates Only
We’re partnering with a high-growth organization that is seeking a Lead Reporting Analyst to join the finance team. This company is heavily involved in M&A activity, and this role offers exceptional visibility, true ownership, and a chance to be part of the company’s growth & trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
• Support external reporting deliverables & disclosures
• Help draft and refine financial statements, MD&A, and related reporting content
• Provide technical accounting support and US GAAP guidance
• Assist with EPS, stock-based comp, and related analysis

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in external reporting or technical accounting
• Big 4 background preferred (but not required)
• CPA a plus
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
