Duties
- Clean windows of various sizes on commercial and residential buildings, both interior and exterior surfaces
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety procedures
- Inspect work areas to ensure all windows are cleaned to company standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in blue collar, outdoor work is preferred
- Experience with window cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols diligently without supervision
- Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds if required
- Own vehicle needed to transport equipment from job site to job site.
