Administrator Assistant
Administrative Assistant will support corporate office staff as needed. Applicant must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Duties and responsibilities
- Office Organization : Maintain physical and digital systems, order supplies, and maintain office as needed.
- Data Management : Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping.
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks or projects.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- General knowledge in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
