About Clear Path Pain Clinic
Clear Path Pain Clinic is a newly established pain management practice in Southfield, Michigan, focused on ethical, organized, patient-centered care. Our clinic provides medication management and interventional pain services with a strong emphasis on compliance, professionalism, and high clinical standards.
We are seeking a qualified Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) or an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic and help lead the delivery of care in a structured, supportive environment.
Position Overview
The provider will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, participating in medication management, and supporting interventional pain services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a focused pain clinic with an emphasis on quality care and clear clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain
- Medication management in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in interventional pain care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure smooth patient flow and high standards of care
Qualifications
Physician (MD/DO):
- Active or eligible Michigan medical license
- Board-certified or board-eligible (Pain Medicine, Anesthesia, PM&R, Family Medicine, or related specialty with pain focus)
- Pain management experience preferred
Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner license
- Pain management experience required
- Strong knowledge of controlled substance protocols and documentation
- Comfortable working in a pain management clinic environment
