As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts, working toward resolutions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and full compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and account resolutions
- Accurately document call activity and update account information
- Meet or exceed call, productivity, and performance goals
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Prior collections or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
