Flexible Pool Technician Position

Pay: $500-$700/week to start → $700-$800 /week with experience and performance

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (3-day weekends!)

About the Position:

You'll be our versatile team member - handling various tasks to maintain perfect pools. Your responsibilities will include:

- Pool Cleaning & Maintenance: Servicing weekly routes, balancing chemicals, inspecting equipment

- Pool Startups: starting new pools according to National Plasterers Council standards

- Basic Repairs: Assisting with minor fixes (leaks, filter cleanings, gasket replacements)

- Team Support: Filling in where needed, assisting other technicians, maintaining truck inventory

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- Some experience in pool care, landscaping, or handyman work (we'll train the right person!)

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions

- Enjoys varied work - no two days are the same

- Valid Texas driver's license (clean record)

- Can arrive at our La Vernia shop by 8:00 AM daily
