Qualified applicants MUST HAVE reliable transportation, a smartphone for clocking in and out, authorization to work in the United States, the ability to pass a background check, and a strong record of dependability.
Responsibilities:
Routine cleaning tasks, including
- Sweeping
- mopping
- dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors)
- Restock Restrooms
- Empty Trash and replace liners
- Breakrooms, kitchens (no dishes), common areas
- Wipe down windows walls’ doors and high touch surfaces
Routine cleaning tasks will be taught through on-the-job training. As a team member, you are expected to complete all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with site standards and company procedures.
Work Assignments & Locations
Site assignments and work locations are based on business needs and may change from time to time. While employees may be reassigned to a different site as operational needs require, team members will not be assigned to work at multiple sites during a single shift.
- Experience working in schools, medical facilities, government buildings, or commercial settings a plus and highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods.
- Familiarity with environmental services protocols within medical facilities or commercial environments is advantageous.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and site-specific instructions
- Familiarity with basic cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in completing assigned tasks
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Physically able to perform job duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
