Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative focused on B2B commercial sales. You will be developing new accounts and deepening relationships with existing clients across the St. Louis area. This is a consultative sale. You are not just selling a product, you are helping businesses define how their space feels and how their brand is experienced. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and local business events
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to uncover needs and present tailored scent marketing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, sales blitzes, and other lead generation activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales. Experience in facility services, hospitality, property management, or related recurring service industries is a strong plus
- Comfortable with cold calling and consistent follow-up to drive new business
- Strong communicator who can engage business owners, managers, and decision-makers with confidence
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission with competitive rates
