Design & Branding Associate – Real Estate Development (Miami or Remote)
Clearline Real Estate is seeking a creative and detail-oriented design professional (full-time or part-time) to join our team. We are actively developing several large projects under construction, including Excel Miami (1550 NE Miami Place) and 2000 Wynwood (2000 N. Miami Avenue), along with additional projects currently in the pipeline.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the developer, contractor, and design team on shaping the visual identity, public spaces, and branding of some of Miami’s most exciting new developments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the branding and visual identity for projects, including marketing and presentation materials.
Oversee signage design and specification, ensuring alignment with architectural and branding goals.
Support and guide selection of decorative FF&E elements, ensuring both style and budget alignment.
Produce basic 3-D renderings and modeling of public spaces (lobbies, amenities, lounges) for design reviews.
Coordinate with vendors to purchase furnishings, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with the development and finance teams to confirm all FF&E selections fit within comprehensive project budgets.
Act as a design liaison between Clearline, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Qualifications
2 years professional experience in interior design, architecture, branding, or related fields.
Proficiency with Illustrator and basic 3-D rendering/modeling (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar).
Strong understanding of branding, signage, and marketing material development.
A modern, edgy design aesthetic that resonates with Miami’s young, style-driven rental demographic.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and move quickly and efficiently through tasks, while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details
Location: Preference for candidates based in Miami for closer collaboration with project teams. However, remote arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time or part-time, depending on experience and fit.
