What you'll do: Operate Bobcat E48 (bucket thumb; occasional mulcher head).Stump grubbing/removal, brush consolidation, light grading/pads, trenching to line/grade.Safe loading/unloading, proper chain/binder securement.Protect turf (mats/3-point turns) and keep clean work areas.Friendly customer communication on site.Must have: 2 yrs mini-excavator experience (or equivalent competency).811 basics; valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.Knowledge and experience with changing attachments. Nice to have: Class A CDL license CTL/forestry mulcher experience; laser/grade rod basicsHeavy equipment knowledge & experience on other machines Pay & schedule:$23–$40/hr DOE. 4-hr minimum per call-outWeekly pay, overtime after 40Bonus opportunities
