We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven RN Nurse Manager who is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and clinically excellent care environment for adolescents.

Your Role

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care
  
• Lead, mentor, schedule, and support nursing staff
  
• Collaborate closely with therapists, technicians, medical providers, and leadership
  
• Perform assessments, manage medications, and monitor health needs
  
• Uphold compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  
• Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and Christ-centered service

Who You Are

• A licensed RN with leadership or supervisory experience (behavioral health experience preferred)
  
• Passionate about working with teens and supporting whole-person healing
  
• Strong communicator who can motivate, guide, and unify a team
  
• Comfortable in a Christ-centered work culture and supportive of faith-based care
  
• Organized, solution-focused, and calm under pressure
  
• Dedicated to safety, compliance, teamwork, and compassionate care
