We are looking for a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician who thrives in a Christian environment, enjoys building connections with teens, and brings positivity to structured therapeutic programs.

Your Role

• Engage teens in daily activities, therapy groups, and skill-building exercises

• Build healthy rapport while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  
• Communicate observations and support the clinical and leadership team

• Someone who loves working with teens and believes in their potential
  
• Comfortable in a Christian-based environment

• Able to assist with therapeutic programming and day-to-day structure
  
• Ready to participate in groups, activities, recreation, and encouragement
  
• Experience in behavioral health or youth mentorship is helpful (but not required)

The job requires frequent contact with water (hand washing and cleaning) and working with body fluid and hazardous chemicals. When under these working conditions, OSHA standards and universal precautions must be followed at all times.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to high volumes of stress.
