What You'll Be Doing
As a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls as needed.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the clinic operates smoothly.
- Communicating with clients about their pets’ needs and providing a positive experience.
What We're Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings a combination of customer service skills and a love for animals. Here’s what we’d like to see:
